All massage routines can be adapted to suit the needs and preferences of the individual, please state any problem areas to your therapist to receive maximum benefit from the treatment. No other areas than those stated above can be requested for treatment.
The massage is not painful, but a little discomfort may be experienced depending on pressure tolerance & predispositions. Problem areas may feel sore post-session, but subside quickly. Professional after care advice will be given, tailored to you and the treatment you receive.
All treatments are performed in a private and quiet space. Your belongings will be kept with you at all times. Please provide your own bottled water to ensure good hydration.
